This award aims to celebrate a company whose commitment to health and safety has contributed to creating an exemplary healthy and safe workplace for employees and customers.

This award is open to all businesses who can demonstrate how their excellent health and safety policies and procedures have impacted on working practises, staff training and brought significant benefits to all.

Judges will look for details on the following

1. The management of Health and Safety in the workplace.
2. How the company ensures that Health and Safety policies are followed.
3. How the company keeps up to date with Health and Safety legislation
4. How staff are trained in Health and Safety

You will be asked to complete an application form to provide evidence to support your submission and give the judges a clear understanding of what makes you deserve a Greater Newry Area Business Award.
