(Retail - Independent)

This award is open to all independently owned retail stores, who want to be recognised for their exceptional and unique customer care. 

The winner will be able to demonstrate their commitment to providing the best retail experience for their customer in all aspects of the business – this could include their individuality and innovation in merchandising, and a real understanding of what their customers really want.

Our mystery shoppers will visit your store to experience your unique offering for themselves.  They will report on all aspects of the customer journey from how you tempt your customers in to how you say goodbye.

The mystery shopper will pay particular attention to –

  1. The initial impact of the store – e.g. window displays, special offers
  2. How the staff interact with customers.
  3. What you do that goes beyond customer expectations
  4. How the services you provide delight the customers
