This award is designed to celebrate excellence in customer service in the service and hospitality sector. 

The winner of this award will have customer care at the very heart of their business and will be able to demonstrate their commitment to delighting the customer at every opportunity.  

The mystery shoppers will visit your business to sample your unique offering for themselves.  They will report on how the range of different elements of the customer journey comes together to create the customer experience

The mystery shopper will pay particular attention to –

  1. The initial impact of the attraction/business – 
  2. How the staff interact with customers and enhance the customer experience
  3. What the business does to go beyond customer expectations
  4. How the services provided delight the customers
