Eating out in the Greater Newry Area is a popular activity and this is an award designed to celebrate the best food in the region.  If you are a Greater Newry Area business that wants to be recognised for your contribution to the food-loving public then this is the award for you to enter.

This is an opportunity for restaurants, bistros, hotels, pubs, coffee shops and cafes to demonstrate their excellence in the provision of quality food and drink to the public.

This award is judged by mystery diners who will visit your business to sample your unique offering for themselves.  They will report on all aspects of the customer experience, and in particular they will be concentrating on:

  1. The atmosphere and ambiance created in the establishment.
  2. Standards of housekeeping and hygiene
  3. The focus on genuinely caring for customers
  4. The quality and variety of food

Complete the Expression of Interest form online on or before 4th April 2008.
