This award aims to recognise excellence in both exterior and interior retail premises in terms of visual impact and fit for purpose.

Mystery shoppers will visit the premises and will be taking the following criteria into consideration

  1. Exceptional exterior and interior design
  2. Innovative use of materials in relation to colour, texture and light.
  3. Quality of fixtures and fittings.
  4. Clever use of space and fit for purpose
  5. Overall individual visual impact, and in relation to the surrounding environment.
  6. Ease of use and customer flow.
