This category recognises those who are involved in developing the urban landscape in the greater Newry area through innovative design. The winning development/premise will be well maintained and have excellent design and visual appearance. Additionally the winner will have demonstrated best practice in terms of community and environmental consideration.

Entrants will be asked to provide evidence of how their developments meet key award criteria.

These include

1. Visual impact and innovative design
2. Layout and accessibility
3. Use of materials, textures and colour
4. Quality of fixtures and fittings
5. Making a positive contribution to the community and environment.
6. Empathy with the surrounding area
