This award is open to all branded retail stores, with four or more branches throughout Northern Ireland, who want to be recognised for their exceptional customer care. 

Our mystery shoppers will visit your store to experience your unique offering for themselves.  They will report on all aspects of the customer journey from how you tempt your customers in to how you say goodbye.

The mystery shopper will pay particular attention to –

  1. The initial impact of the store – e.g. window displays, special offers
  2. How the staff interact with customers.
  3. What you do that goes beyond customer expectations
  4. How the services you provide delight the customers
