This award is designed to recognise exceptional improvement in business performance achieved through good environmental management.

This may include the any new environmental policies adopted (e.g. waste recycling) or any other ‘green’ policy which has resulted in cost reductions, improved efficiency, profit growth or quality improvements.

Judges will be looking for evidence of

1. Specific environmental policies which have been introduced within the last two years and their measurable impact.
2. The benefits these policies have brought to the company
3. The impact of these policies on public awareness of environmental issues.

You will be asked to complete an application form to provide evidence to support your submission and give the judges a clear understanding of what makes you deserve a Greater Newry Area Business Award.
