manufacturing companies who have sustained a presence
in their market place and who have maintained their
level of employment
Please answer the following questions in 5 pages
or less. Supplementary evidence should also be provided.
1. Please provide a company profile detailing products,
staff, company history ,customers and current market
conditions.
2. Please describe in detail a system or process
that you have inaugurated that has resulted in business
improvement.
3. Illustrate how this has improved your business.
Judges will be looking at sales growth, increased
profits, cost reductions and efficiency improvements.
4. Outline how this was innovative and unique to
your business.
5. Please provide evidence that your company will
have good sustainability prospects for the next
twelve months.

in March and must be returned to Spotcheck by 5pm
Friday 7th April 2006.

commercial sensitivity of information provided and
all submitted material will be treated with the
strictest of confidence.

by Co-operation Ireland, The Newry Dundalk Forum is a joint-partnership
between Dundalk and Newry Chambers of Commerce. The Forum regularly
