They will want to see how you carried out your initiative, how it produced the desired results and how you measured those results. This award submission will be greatly enhanced with supplementary evidence to support the application.
Judges will be looking for creativity and dynamism as well as good planning and implementation, cost effectiveness plus success and evaluation.
