This award is designed to recognise businesses of all types who have undertaken an innovative training or personnel development initiative, which has brought about a significant and measurable business improvement.
Judges will be focusing on: -
- How you identified the need for training and development.
- How the initiative was designed and delivered.
- How the training or development was evaluated.
- What impact and benefits to the business can be attributed to this initiative?
You will be asked to complete an application form providing evidence to support your submission and give the judges a clear understanding of what makes you deserve a Greater Newry Area Business Award.
